As a Product Designer, the goal was to create a new conferencing platform (iOS app, Android, Website, and Admin portal). I worked on a scrum team delivering high-fidelity mockup diagrams in Figma for the development team. Outside of Scrum, I participated in new feature ideation, bug identification, interface audits, interface testing with Maze.io, and maintaining Figma’s extensive design systems and feature mockup files. All products had integrated design systems using Figma components.

Final Results

A robust set of Figma diagrams visually defining all user flows for complex features for the web and app products governed by the style guide and design system. Production-wise, the applications work together to provide customers with a host of features, including conferencing with advisors. Customers can become advisors and use the role toggle to view and manage their advisor status. Admin roles (website only) can log in to manage the other two roles, and an admin portal (not shown) manages high-level settings.
